Atlantus Systems Inc. offers a complete line of CIM computer integrated manufacturing products for the electronic industry. If you build PC boards, you should look at our offerings. All of our products are designed to work on the cost effective PC Windows platform. Each of the modules use the output files from the PCB CAD package to get precise parts placement. This information is combined with a parts database integrates the assembly process from surface mount to hand assembly.

Our SMT program generator will create and optimize programs for chip shooters, pick and place, and glue machines. We also have program generators for thru-hole machines and hand assembly push line operations. All the generators can create instant documentation by producing both setup sheets and assembly drawings.

If you have Fuji equipment, take a look at our SMTCOMM product. This program will transfer programs and PD files between your manufacturing server and the MCS. Operators just select the product, and the software works out what needs to be transferred.
