Watkins 27

Year 1980               Currently Named: Kindred Spirit   (any suggestions for a new name?)

The Launch in Newburyport  June 2nd

This is a very well kept boat. It has a Yanmar 12hp diesel, jib furling, and standing headroom.  The head has a small sink and it setup to use as a shower. The forward cabin has a double V berth although a bit small. About the same as the Grampian. The main cabin has a single berth on the port and a double on the starboard. There is a quarter berth to the rear starboard side. It has a alcohol stove now, but I intend to install propane soon. There is an oversized wheel and it has an autopilot. She ha a wide beam and shallow draft, so she is not very fast, but the full keel should make it easy to hold a course.
